As such, you may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, or adaptations of, publicly display or in any way publicize its content in whole or in part expect as expressly authorized by us. Except as expressly and unambiguously provided herein, we do not grant you any express or implied rights, and all rights in and to the digital and web services are retained by CYP Online. All list information provided by this website comes from a 3rd party or submissions from the listed units, this website didn't check or verify any of them and we are unable to hold responsibility for the accuracy of those information.

5. Membership and subscription account

You don't need to have a CYP Online user or merchant account to use some functions of this service, such as browsing and searching content, but some functions require a registered and verified email account to use. Using the CYP Online membership account, you can bookmark articles and business listings you prefer, reply to comments, review businesses, and contact directly.
To protect your CYP Online member account, please keep your password. You should not reuse your account and password on the third-party application.
We reserve all rights to refuse, modify, close, disable and terminate any membership.
You need to carefully maintain your membership and protect it from any abuse by any other party. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by theft of a member account.
6. Advertising.
CYP Online and its licensees may publicly display advertisements and other information to our affiliate sites for distribution of purposes only. All content provided on CYP Online and its site is on an as-is basis, CYP Online is not liable for any mistakes, misprints, errors or omissions on content provided from first-party, second-party and third-party aggregate sources. All content is provided for information purposes only, users must verify the information themselves for due diligence.
7. Services and fees
Some services and membership are fee-based and you may not enjoy them before all due fee are paid in full and in time.
8. Return and refund
All sales are final and no return for refund accepted after payment received. If we failed to provide the product or service as advertised, we are to give full refund in 8 weeks since the product or service declared stopped. Membership fee will be partial refunded if we fail to provide membership service.
9. Warranty and Disclaimers
The services and information on this website are provided AS IS and there is no warranty on any non-physical service.
10. Update and changes
The CYP Online has been constantly changing and improving its services. We may also need to change or terminate this service or any part of it in order to improve reliability or security, change features and revise functions, make changes to comply with new legal requirements, or comply with laws or protect our members from abuse of our system. These changes may affect all users, some users, or even individual users. Where reasonably applicable, if we terminate the service or make major changes to the service that adversely affect the use of the service, we will issue a notice. However, as a member of this web site, we need you to understand and agree that sometimes we will make relevant changes without prior notice. 14. Site Maintenance and Availability for Use.

16. Limited liabilities
a) This website cannot be responsible to the results directly or indirectly caused by using information or services provided by this website. The total responsibility of this website is limited by the total amount you paid when you subscribe those information or services. You hereby expressively agree and understand CYP Online shall not be liable to you for any punitive, indirect, incidental, special consequential or exemplary damages. Including, but not limited to any intangible losses.
b) Except as otherwise provided by applicable laws, CYP Online, its managers, directors, employees, and agents should cause any loss of profits, income, business opportunities, goodwill or expected savings caused by the following matters; loss or damage of data; Indirect or consequential losses; punitive damages are not responsible for:

Including, for the use of CYP Online services, your connection to the CYP Online services, your violation of the Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of another.
