Small movements that the body enjoys
1. [Liver, loves walking]: Walk a few kilometers every day, starting slow and then picking up speed, to soothe the liver, relieve depression, and eliminate fatigue.
2. [Lungs, enjoy deep breathing]: Find a place with fresh air every day, take a deep breath, exhale slowly, clear the lungs, calm the nerves, and aid sleep.
3. [Stomach, enjoy rubbing your belly]: Rub your belly alternately clockwise and counterclockwise for a few minutes each time to aid digestion and alleviate stomach bloating.
4. [Bile, like knocking on the legs]: Gently tap along the outer side of the thighs from top to bottom to eliminate greasy buildup and aid metabolism.
5. [Intestines, like to push the abdomen and tap the belt meridian]: Push the abdomen: Lie down on your back, place your hands on top of each other, start from just below your chest, and slowly push down until you reach the lowest part of your lower abdomen. One up and one down counts as one round, do 30 to 50 rounds in the morning and evening. Tap the belt meridian: Hold your hands in a hollow fist and tap the sides of your waist (at the level of your navel, on both sides of your waist). Tap both sides together, gently, 100 times each time, for about 1 to 2 minutes, do it 1 hour after a meal. It helps to improve bowel movements, reduce belly fat, and improve digestion.

10. [Brain, enjoy combing hair]: Comb your hair from the forehead to the back of your head with a comb or your fingers, once in the morning and once in the evening. It helps protect your hair, boosts energy, and aids sleep.
